Eventually, your Tube will warm up due to the exchange of thermal energy. To reset your Tube, simply remove once warm and briefly set aside away from direct sunlight. Once the Tube has cooled, it will be restored for re-use. Some people prefer to use a duo Tube set so that they do not have to wait before re-application.
You don’t need to heat or freeze your Tube for general use. However, you can use your Tube as an icepack. Just place it into the freezer for 2-3 mins prior to application.
If you want to hold them in place, use a flexible bandage like a vet wrap or leg compression stocking.
For cellulitis in legs or feet, elevate oedemas and apply Tube to affected areas for around 2 hours each day.
